Property Marketing Brochure Design

Charles Roberts Studios designed and produced a beautiful case bound brochure for this spectacular new development in Berkshire. This high-end barn conversion is targeted at the ‘super-prime’ house market and needed a superior property marketing solution to reflect the quality of the development. Stunning photography and high quality paper and inks were used in the production of this luxury property brochure.

As the project was completely different to anything previously built, it was extremely difficult to communicate the vision of the client. Using a series of computer generated images (CGI), created by Charles Roberts Studios, the client was able to illustrate  the final design to potential purchasers. The scope of the work included numerous exterior shots and a number of computer generated images of the interior which included one of the hallway and a CGI of the designer kitchen.

As the project progressed the CGI’s were able to serve a double purpose. Not only were they useful in the marketing process they were also used as a tool to help the developer select materials and final finishes. This proved to be an economical solution to test designs prior to committing to building the real thing. A few tweaks by our team and at the touch of a button the oak floors change to tiles!

Property brochure design

This property brochure was designed to showcase a new development of luxury apartments in Buckinghamshire. We used spot UV to highlight the development logo and a large, oversize, square format to emphasise the importance of the project.

Charles Roberts Studios created bespoke floor plans, location maps and the copy. We also commisioned a photographer to capture aspirational scenes of the area and to photograph previous developments by the developer.

Architectural visualisation

This architectural visualisation was created for a luxury house builder in Surrey. Charles Roberts Studios also created architectural visualisation of the rear elevation. Both images will be used in the company’s property marketing to assist in an off plan sale.

Architectural Visualisation

Charles Roberts Studios was commissioned to create this architectural visualisation of a beautiful new mansion proposed for a site in Surrey. As the build time for the project was over a year it was essential to create interest in the property at an early stage. The client required a number of visualisations to illustrate various viewpoints of the house to prospective purchasers. We created an architectural visualisation of the front and rear elevations and an aerial viewpoint. The visualisation of the rear elevation was used to show the contemporary garden design.

CGI Kitchen (Computer Generated Image)

CGI kitchens are a cost effective alternative to conventional set building and photography. They allow flexibility at all stages without the cost of hiring a location, installation of a set, photography and post production of the images. With a CGI kitchen you have total control of the process and the models are available for future use.

The CGI kitchen was created from architects plans and from samples supplied by the interior designer. Using special textures and materials built by our proprietary software and our experience of creating CGI’s over the last 20 years has given us a unique insight into creating a realistic visualisations of interiors.

Property CGI

We created the above CGI working closely with the client’s interior designer who provided resources for all the materials used. This included samples of the silk carpets, door furniture and the designer tiles used to line the walls.

The interior designer had a lighting plan that we have faithfully reproduced in the final CGI. The image was used successfully to market the house off plan.

The above image was commissioned by a well known interior design company to be added to a proposal document. Charles Roberts Studios were brought in to help realise the design.

The project was a new house being constructed by a private client in one of the most desirable addresses in London. Each room had an individual design using handcrafted and luxurious materials. The challenge was to not only make the image realistic but also communicate the ideas of the client in a stunning way.
